Robot pick-and-place

When we choose to buy a flowpack we have to consider different aspects of our plant, like the environment or the humidity, the loading process and so on. Sometimes this last process can be done manually and it can happen that some of our workers get injured or even hurt by the pack that they are picking up.

Advantages of a pick and place robot

The use of a pick-and-place robot can lead to many advantages from many points of view. One of them is linked to the production process. It increases the speed of your production, so you can get your packs in less time than before and no more waste of time!

In economic terms, when you decide to buy a pick and place robot, your costs are amortized on your productivity process, so, in easier words, your costs will be rubbed on the years and production. It can ensure also a great ROI (return on investment).

Moreover the space taken by the robot is a small one, so you don’t have to acquire additional space.

Another advantage consists of the reduction of injuries and risks for your workers. For example, they don’t have to load heavy weights and put them on the machine. So whenever a worker gets injured, in Italy there’s a specific organ that takes care of the assurance of work, named INAL, which is called to pay the costs of damage to the worker of 60% of his/her salary up to the 90th day of injury. And of course, your production process will be slowed down… What a trouble!

So, as we can see, robots will speed up all the processes and you can only get advantages! What are you waiting for?
