Flowpacks

Probably you have already heard about Flowpack… But what it is and what are its main features?

First of all, Flowpack is a specific category of packaging machines. It’s used to pack for example crackers or metal tools or also products with underlying trays.

This machine ensures reliability and flexibility also thanks to its lateral rails which are extendable up to the dimension wished. It works with different types of films, such as polypropylene, polythene and paper one.

Every Flowpack machine is made in AISI 304 stainless steel, which permits to your product to keep fresh and it doesn’t cause the creation of mildew, especially for foodstuff. What’s more? The packs can have also hermetic closure, so no risk for your customers! And also you can respect the foodstuff laws!

Our machines run with important brands, like Mitsubishi; it’s also compatible with Industry 4.0. If your software is able to support the 4.0, we can ensure you also have remote assistance!

The materials that we use to build the machines are commercial, so there won’t be problem if one of them breaks. You just have to go in your trusted shop and ask them for the particular piece that you need. Easy, simple and smart!

Our machines can be integrated with robots, also the collaborative one. So, no more heady load for your workers and no more hard work!

Can we use Flowpack to pack more than one product?

Yes! You can use it also to pack more than one product. For example, razors packets have more than one razor in them! Or you can pack your stacked products!

Which type of Flowpack do you have?
