When we want to pack ampoules and bottles, we can offer you different solutions of packaging, from the shrinked pack or packs made with flowpack, generally with products that must be hermetically packed or hygienically safe of if we want to pack gel into small packs, like the common stick packs that we can find in our trusted drugstore, it’s useful to know the viscosity and density of the products that we produce.
This information is important because it can take us to make a change on the vertical machine, for example with the dosing unit.
Moreover, requires additional attention to the density of the products because if a product is dense, we have to be careful with the temperature, because a low temperature could create damages to the machine and consequently, not producing the bag of the product in a proper way. But that’s not a problem for us, at all! We have the right solution to this little problem.
And when the product is dusty, we can fix this matter with a particular which allows you not to expand all the dust that this product creates.
It’s possible to reduce the environmental impact using a thermal transfer printer, to print on the pack some information useful for your customers.
As said before, it’s also possible to use a shrink wrapper, a special machine that allows you to create a snug pack for example for shampoos.
The shampoos flow into the machine which welds the film and then it goes into the tunnel to be shrinked, thanks to the hot flow which is produced by the tunnel. Furthermore, it’s possible to have remote assistance with the predisposition of 4.0, so whenever you get a problem, our technicians could have access from our plant and see what is going on.
It’s important to understand also the type of film that you or your customer currently use because it can change the type of machine or some mechanical parts, which allow you to weld your products.
